Affno Recognised as the Best Website Developer in Sri Lanka Friday November 20, 2009
Affno won more kudos recently at the inaugural and just concluded Most Favourite Sri Lankan Website Awards, when the company was adjudged the Best Website Developer in Sri Lanka. Making this accolade even more rewarding, was the fact that two websites designed and developed by Affno won top awards in their respective categories. The Awards were conducted by the Sri Lanka web domain registry, which is a part of the University of Moratuwa.Domain Registrar at LK Domain Registry Professor Gihan Dias made the introductory address and Chief Guest, Director General of the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka, Priyantha Kariyapperuma, made the keynote address.
The prize for the Best Government Website was won by the Sri Lanka Parliament (www.parliament.lk), which was also adjudged Best Tamil Language Website.
